In your inventory, you are able to take about 6-8 antifire potions (depending on how long you intend on staying), a woodcutting axe and 875 gp (to access the dragons), some fire and nature runes always help alch drops such as rune limbs, some sapphire (e) bolts are good to poisen the dragons at the beginning, which helps a bit, then switch into addy bolts (optional).

Maybe a prayer kettle if your really paranoid but you won't desire this, and the remainder sharks. You can bring range potions, they rate up you quite a bit, but at additional cost. Just stand back a couple of squares and range them, its easy once you get there, be certain you are potted with your antifire, you will know when to repot if the dragons breath starts hitting on you (as long as your shield is outfitted it will only hit 1-5 damage so don't fret too much).

Inventory should be similar, but have space for runes for flame blast.
