The ac Animal Crossing New Horizons Items have been always billed as something you pop in and play for 30 mins to an hour a day. It's the first I've been able to more always put in longer sessions working on my city without running out of things to do after 30 mins. The comments talking about devolution are just way off base. Obviously if you don't enjoy collecting stuff and working on your town a bit every day than you won't like AC. There is a reason my friends list is full of those who have 300+ hours in the sport.

I've put hundreds of hours into Animal Crossing original and city folk.

This game isn't a good collecting game.

This match it feels just like Nintendo just decided to abandon that part of their fanbase.

The sport that's left over might be better for you, but for men and women who liked that other facet of AC it's bad.

I have no idea how it's a much worse amassing game than those two. There are far more things to accumulate and way more you can do with the things you accumulate.

Games evolve, generally. People like itkeeps the IP interesting. AC has not done that, at all. It had been great about the Gamecube, it is not great anymore.

I am probably gonna play pocket camp because it looks like there's so much more stuff to do there with constant updates

I wish they'd hurry up using more of this post launching content for New Horizons then. Where the hell are my gyroids? It is still missing a reasonable bit of content that was from the prior  buy Animal Crossing Items game on 3DS.
